Hi Again
I am reading in other threads that people are also going to POPLA should i also file appeal to POPLA at this stage? and if so can you guys guide me?
Thank you in advance0 -
You are too late for POPLA unless the PPC sends you a POPLA code and allows a late POPLA appeal.0

There is no point whatsoever contacting the DVLA because initial contact has to be made with the RK and all ppc's have both "Fee paying" and "Free" links to the DVLA. unless you can prove gross misconduct
Roxburghe doesn't do popla as it costs them £32 a time for a case they know they have no chance of winning..
All they have done is to start up a new fresh wave of silly letters to try to get as much money as possible as they are on their last legs with the OFT....
The fact you have named the driver discharges you from your obligations, so if you do eventually receive court papers (Yeah right) counter claim for harassment Section (40) Administration of Justice Act and ask the court to hold the solicitor in contempt for bringing a claim without cause.:beer:0 -

Not if it is goes to the driver of the vehicle as it starts from the beginning againWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Roxburghe don't do popla not because of the cost, but because they are a dca and when they get this alleged debt, all avenues should be exhausted by the parking company, obviously in the case of this parking company they are deliberately being obstructive and acting unlawfullyWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. Why are Roxburghe members of the BPA, if their sole purpose is DCA?0

Snouts in troughsPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
