The animals always get presents and roast dinner in my home.I am responsible me, myself and I alone I am not the keeper others thoughts and words.0

My dog and stepsons dog will have presents and treats all wrapped up under the tree. He sits and waits for the paper to come off and grabs his toys. He loves Christmas and we love spoiling him. He will get chicken or turkey as well. My dogs and cats have loved Christmas in the past. I feel sorry for any pet that does not get to join in.
I don't have children and I feel sorry for babies when I see posts that people are not buying anything for them as they don't know it's Christmas. I would have loved a baby and it would have got lots as well. People don't appreciate what they have in my opinion. Some people will think we are daft but so what-we don't care!Sealed Pot Challenge 1441

Oh yes all my pooches have been spoiled at Christmas, they get pressies to open, extra treats and a little Christmas dinner with the trimmings!
I also remember to take some food and treats into the local animal shelter, I don't want the dogs that need rescuing to go without!0 -
What about the rest of the year?
We have one pooch, Bert, an Akita, and he gets spoilt rotten all year round.
Whenever we go out anywhere I'm always on the look out for goodies for him, toys, treats, anything really, he's so special to me, I can't help but get him things.
Mealtimes he has the normal dry dog food but then has chicken or sausages or some tasty bits mixed in too just as a special extra.
Christmas he gets all his presents all wrapped under the tree. He gets his christmas dinner, well, the bits he likes, and don't forget the doggie advent calendar. He doesn't like the chocolate in it but he likes the fuss of opening the doors each morning so thats good enough!!
He also has his own picture christmas cards that we send to people so that they can see just how gorgeous he his. Mad I know, but thats just me!!mrs tooti-frooti0 -

my dog and my four cats get stockings with treats and toys in. my black cat willow,, is the only one who will keep a collar on, so she will have a new collar too. my doggy haggis is 14 and only has ever liked the first toy I got him (a latex Scooby doo), so I don't get him any toys, as he ignores them, only various shapes of chewy stick.
they all enjoy turkey and ham and all like the gravy too. my doggy likes pigs in blankets too. he is very partial to a mince pie. so will get some of them. my cats all love cheese, so I have plenty of friends round the cheeseboard.0 -
