Does anyone know of any Business studies/finance courses our there that cover use of excel, cash flow forecast, general business data input.
Going into a new line of work which will involve a lot of this and wondered what are the right courses out there to cover this. I live in the north west 20 Mins from preston 50 mins from Manchester

Plenty of courses out there that offer Microsoft Excel (or perhaps just overall spreadsheet) training. Ask at your local college.
Cash flow forecasting is a bit more difficult. It may be part of an accountancy or book-keeping course. Again check with your local college. Perhaps they will allow you to just take one module that covers cashflow forcasting?
General data input - I don't think there are any courses that offer this. It's a skill you learn 'on the job' usually. Depending on more precisely what data you will be inputting, then maybe a course on using databases (eg. Microsoft Access) may help ... but ensure such a course is based on using a readymade database application, otherwise you'll spend loads of time learning how to set one up.0
