Civil Partnership & Savings

Morning all, I am after some advice and hope that someone can help.
I have been with my partner for 13 years and we are wanting to enter into a Civil Partnership. What I am wanting to know is if I will be legally obliged to share my own savings with my partner? Will my own savings automatically become hers?
We don't have a joint account, we never have done and I don't think we ever will do.
If (and I hope not) our civil partnership should ever end for any reason will I have to give her any of my savings then?
Please can people refrain from answering with comments such as.... if you have been together that long or wanting to enter into a civil partnership surely you would want to share your money with her etc.
TIA
