Builders/Plumbers Recommedations - Manchester Area

Hi,
I'm after some recommendation for a decent builder/plumber in the Manchester area at reasonable rates.
I'm after having a new boiler/ch/bathroom and also some building work (skimming/artexing/coving/skirting boards/doors etc).
Any recommendations welcome (Please bear in mind I'm a first time buyer and dont really have alot of money to pay high rates). The property is empty and unoccupied, hence getting under the floorboards and making a mess shouldn't be an issue.
Thanks, Ash

I recommend Nelly - I know nothing about the quality of his work, but he's a very entertaining poster.
I'm sure he'll be along shortly."Mrs. Pench, you've won the car contest, would you like a triumph spitfire or 3000 in cash?" He smiled.
Mrs. Pench took the money. "What will you do with it all? Not that it's any of my business," he giggled.
"I think I'll become an alcoholic," said Betty.0 -
