I changed my gas and electricity through M.S.E. CHEAP ENERGY CLUB from Scottish Power to npower on 7/8/13. This promised a free night in a hotel and £30 cash back and fixed energy prices till Feb 2015. Having heard nothing till now I contacted npower who know nothing about this and have had this problem with a few people and suggest you do it directly rather than through a 3rd party. The deal with npower is no longer available and they can do nothing with M.S.E. on my behalf as I am not a customer of theirs. Does anybody know how to contact Martin Lewis at M.S.E. !!!!:(:(:(
