Hello people
I wonder if anybody can advise me please. I am in the process of buying and the current status is searches being done.
So far I have received Groundsure Environmental, Full Flood and Planning, Water and Drainage Search and Local Authority Search.
Could anybody please tell me what is still missing? or is that it? What happens next if i have no queries?

looks about it to me , unless more specific searches were requested , cant you call and ask? or is one of these cheapy online outfits?Never, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0
