Parking charge. HELP!
On 9 oct 2012 I received a parking ticket for parking in a doctor space in A&E at our local hospital. The reason for this was my daughter was seriously ill and was rushed straight into recuse, this was the only space available. I moved my car as soon as the doors were with my daughter. I was advised just to ignore the ticket which I did, and was sent several letters threatening legal action which I also ignored the last one being over 7 months ago. That is until today I have recieved a solicitors letter saying pay or proceedings will be lodged with the county court. HELP want should I do.

Which parking company have issued the ticket?.
The solicitors letter may just be the last threat letter in the chain.0 -

Parking charge was issued by Parkshield collection limited, the letter is from Gladstones solicitors. I'm really worried about this as it was over 10 months ago and they are still contacting me, I've never had any debt in my life and an don't want to be on any sort of debt list.0
