Hi,
I am trying to turn my water off at the outside stop !!!!. I have a stop !!!! key but there appears to be a vital component missing! The stop !!!! is submerged but I can feel a square end of about 1/4inch, is there supposed to be a t bar to go on this? I can only find tools to turn of 1/2 or 3/4 inch square end:rolleyes:
Any help would be much appreciated!

Had this problem at my parents house, the crosspiece was missing. Rang the water company and they came and sorted it and replaced the broken pieces. And didn't charge!.................
