PPI - MBNA Sent a text?

Hi,
I recently had a letter from MBNA about a possible PPI I maybe entitled to claim back etc. So I filled in the form about 2 weeks ago and today I received a text message. The contact wasn't listed as a number, it just said 'MBNA'.
It said:
'To help us investigate your complaint we reuired some additional information. Please call us on 01244673403 & our specialised team will be able to help you.'
I have searched for this number but only find MBNA to have 01244673 - nothing with 403 at the end.
Anyone else received this text and have you called them?

Don't bother calling them, They'll only ask the same questions that you have already answered. They do say it's for clairifcation, but it reality, it makes no difference anyway.
Wait for their response letter and then decide after that.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0 -
Just got my third text from mbna asking me to call them to investigate my ppi claim.
Anyone else getting these?
Shall I wait for them to post or call them?

I called the number when I got a text from them. They asked me to confirm a few answers that I gave on the form, regarding my sick pay and redundancy pay - as I just ticked that I would receive statutory pay on the form (as I couldn't remember what my package was at the time) They asked if could call the company I worked for at the time of my claim to find out what my package actually was.
Had 7 days to respond. If I didn't then they would just go on the information that they had.0
