You don't know people's circumstances when they post on here, and if I got frustrated with trying that is due to difficulties in other areas of my life, including having a serious health problem, so you are certainly not in a position to judge me on that.

You clearly didn't follow any of the information given, so why bother to ask?

Did you attempt to copy your important data and to run a Factory Restore? You certainly didn't ask any questions on how to do so.
Clearly you have alternative access to the Internet, as here you are writing to us.

I don't need to know anything about the rest of your life. We are only here to help with technical issues.
If you have issues that will prevent you doing from carrying out any tasks, perhaps you should state them beforehand.

Apologies for appearing harsh, but we get this quite often.
If you ask, be prepared to follow detailed instructions on how to solve the problem as simply as possible.
Clearly why you were doing on your own was not working and ending up frustrating you to the point of handing it over to a repairman.
