Glasses - getting money back

So I ordered some glasses online on 3rd September phoned on 6th September to get my order number (wasn't emailed to me). Checking online order just says 'processing', cue me getting an email on 10th September to say my lenses weren't in stock so I needed to pay £10 more for them to source them, they await a reply from me. I just told them to cancel order as I'm not willing to pay more and keep waiting.

Today on live chat they say they can't cancel my order as it is in process and that I no longer need to pay the £10. They keep saying 'you don't need to pay the £10, but if you are willling to wait', I keep telling them I am not willing to wait.

But nothing has been done other than maybe picking up the frames, nothing to the lenses as they don't have them.

So am I stuck with waiting for these which will never arrive or can I actually get my money back?
