Quick question for the experts on here.

My dad got his first bill in 12 months from british gas a couple of months ago, this was brought about by BG not sending him bills after the meter had been read,
Four weeks ago they came out and read his meter again, but as yet he still hasn't recieved a bill again, obviously he doesn't want to wait another year for a bill.
Does anyone have any suggestions what he can do, already emailed BG but no reply as yet?

It is probably beacuse the reading is different to what the computer was expecting so is sitting in a queue for someone to investigate.

I'd recommend he takes another reading and calls the billing department and get them to look into it if he is worried.

Give them a call with an up to date read, continue to do so every 3 months just in case.
