Theoretically they do. I'm afraid I don't really know the way around it, except to hope for the best, LOL!
That's not good advice at all. Sorry, I don't know how you get around it. Hopefully someone else will.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

My wonderful estate agents LIES.
I am glad I only signed a 6 week contract and have now sacked him.
* The details will be on the website within 48 Hours - It took 2 weeks and several phone calls.
* The word NO CHAIN will be on the details - It wasnt.
* The For Sale sign will be up Wednesday - It went up the following Monday.
* The details will be in the property paper this Thursday - They were not in until the following week.
* The virtual tour was of a completely different house, I will change it today - It took 4 days and several phone calls.
* I will change the picture of the middle bedroom on the details because it is rubbish - It is still the same picture 5 weeks later but I gave up.
* We are open 7 days a week - They were closed the last 2 Sundays.
* Your details will be in the main City office - It was only in the regional office.
* We will give you feedback after every viewing - Received 1 load of feedback from 3 viewings, and I had to phone them.
So overall a total waste of 6 weeks, and they were the most expensive at 1.5% because they are established and seemed professional.0
