We bought my daughter a ride on toy from Early Learning centre at Christmas. Recently while toy and child were in grandparents care the locking mechanism for one of the front wheels went missing, making the toy unusable. Yesterday I sent an email to ask if it was possible to buy a replacement, by the end of the day I had an email saying the spare part had been put in the post FOC. Think this is a really good bit of customer service and will no doubt mean I buy from them again.:T
