    Filtering by certain words doesn't really work. You might have noticed that sometimes they replace i with !, E with 3, o with 0 and so on or put dots or spaces between letters. To catch all these combinations you need a very long list and then you still forget half of them.

    It's better to use your email provider's spam filter, but as someone already pointed out, you need to train it to get better and better results. That means you need to mark spam emails in your inbox as spam AND ALSO check your spam folder regularly and unmark falsely marked emails.
