Car Radio Problem

bit of a long shot but wondered if anyone could help me, for about a week now the radio on my car (09 ford ka, the new style one) has been fading in and out whenever I'm driving. as in, it's loud then quiet constantly. it doesn't happen when the car is stationary, just when driving. it isn't the radio station as iv tried it with about 6 different stations and it happens with them all. it's always been fine and iv had the car since new.
any tips?! is this just something really simple I'm missing? I drive a lot for work and am really missing listening to the radio

thank you. does that mean replacing it or what? it's weird how it's just happened recently when nothing out of the ordinary has happened.0

Does it still do this when you are listening to a cd?0

On my old Renault Scenic, the radio would cut out for 3-4 seconds when I braked. Turned out it was something to do with the battery, in that it never did it again after I replaced the battery.0

no the cd is fine, it's just when the radio is playing.0 -
Thank you! - was wondering if it was the automatic volume control that works as a variant of the speed working too hard.
I agree with forgotmyname, I had a lot of corrosion on my antenna base, just removing it, cleaning it, and re-assembling fixed it, for a bit.0 -
