Thanks Karmy, have had similar problem but can't seem to pm you on here? I have today messaged Style Nest via their contact us page and had a good response from Hannah Rouch. She has CC'd me in on her email to Lorraine at iProspect. Perhaps you could contact her too? I have suggested that the other winners(five of us) may be in a similar position and suggested they send vouchers or an e voucher code....
I just outlined the correspondence that I have had to date and expressed how unprofessional it seems/disappointed I am etc. The kids will need the next size up at this rate
