Lloyds TSB Replacement Card

How long does it usually take for a replacement card to arrive?
My DH lost his card, and went into the branch to order a new one. This was a week ago. Yesterday a card came through the door, so he went to the local cash machine and tried to get money, but the PIN was showing as incorrect. On further inspection today, it looks like they've sent us a card for his savings account (not the current account), but a few months back he got replacement cards for his current account because of the change over, so we're unsure if they've made a c*ck up and ordered the wrong card, or if the card for his current account is on its way and has been delayed.
Should the correct card have been here by now do you reckon?

They usually take 5 working days to arrive.
Their system gives an estimated date of delivery for card orders.0
