Accident - Third Party Insurance Hassling... any advice?

Do I have to speak to the other drivers insurance company at all? They asked I attend one of their clinics for a medical assessment, but a few people have told me I do not need to and can deal directly with my own insurance company and my GP. It is so stressful and confusing sometimes
my 'u' btton is broked

  • Send all the correspondence to your own insurance company and take directions from them . Tell opposition to only talk to your insurers and you will not be responding to anything they send direct.

If you are claiming for an injury caused by the third party then presumably you have a solicitor acting for you.

If so get their advice on how to respond to this request. (If you don't have a solicitor then get one to pursue your claim)
