Ideas for a knitted gift for a 6 year old boy

A friend at work is knitting a wolf hat/scarf from a recent knitting now magazine, which I'm sure most little boys would like.

wow there is some fab links, I love the minon gloves - I have a friend who is mad on them, so can see gloves, ipod case and little toy.

Thanks again guys I have just got a jean greenhowe mascots book and that has a footballers in so was thinking bout making a red and blue one for him, too many ideas now lol

A wonderful lady on MSE has knitted a creeper for my 6 year old son who is mad on Minecraft..I do knit but not toys..dont have the patience.. it is fantastic xxxx
