Does anyone have a NatWest Junior Stocks and Shares ISA?

I'm going to be setting up a Junior Stocks and Shares ISA with NatWest for our baby daughter in the next few days.
I was wondering if anyone else who has one of these ISA's for their child could confirm that you can pay money into the account by transferring it from another account?
On the NatWest website it seems to suggest that you have to either ring up to make a payment or send a cheque in the post.
What about transferring the money online via online banking?
Thanks.

Once you’ve opened a Junior ISA, you – or friends
and relatives – can top up the account at any time
you want. Generally this can be done by Direct Debit,
cheque or over the phone.
You might need to check whether "generally" means always?
If you have no particular reason for choosing Natwest you could check whether other providers provide greater flexibility?
