NatWest Online Banking - Statements

Hello :hello:

I just wondered if anyone knew of a way to get statements from Natwest online banking for a period after my last PDF statement has been produced ?

I'm applying for a mortgage and they need bank statements up to today, but the last one produced online was up to the 5th July. They are happy to accept the pdf format, but it seems that although I can get lists of transactions since then, I can't get a statement.

I've ordered a paper copy, but that takes 5 days and I was hoping to speed it up a bit if there is a way of getting statements suitable for a mortgage company out of NatWest online banking.

Thanks to anyone who can help ( or even confirm that it's not possible as I seem to be going round in circles trying to figure out if I can do it)

Could you not just print screen to pdf of the selected transactions?

I'm wondering why Natwest haven't been issuing statements since July, I bank with them as a secondary account and get a new online statement every month even if there aren't any new transactions.

Recent changes mean paper statements will in future be produced quarterly by default. Perhaps PDF statements will only be produced when paper statements are created

That's correct the PDFs will only be created once an actual statement has been created.

  • Thanks everyone.

I will look into print to PDF as I've not done that before so I will need to see how it works - thanks for the link happy_bunny :)

Just download and install it. Then when you choose File->Print, it comes up with the pdf option and you choose a file to save it to.

    Easy as that :)
