Adding My Hermes Tracking Info To Ebay Issue

I never normally add tracking info to listings but a buyer has opened a case saying the item has not been received. I have responded with the tracking number and put the courier as My Hermes and an apology for the delay. There seems to be a delay in the system but looks like it should be delivered in a day or two.
However when I click on the tracking info it just says the courier name and the tracking number and no other info. Is that normal? Shouldn't it bring up the tracking info I can see on My Hermes website? I copied and pasted the tracking number and put My Hermes as the carrier. Have I done something wrong? Any help appreciated.
