Quick MoneySaving tip for anyone who has an account with the Alliance Trust-
It looks like they are doing free trades on the 12th September:

So if you'r elooking to avoid the £12.95 trade fee, that's the day to do it.
NB: I'm not an employee or direct shareholder in the company, although I do have an account with them. Just passing on the tip in case anyone's interested.
