Anyone remember the Groupon thread about a hair (I think) app?

There was a thread about someone who bought a groupon deal (I think it was to do with a hair app but it might have been nails, can't remember for sure ) but there was an issue with a 'booking 1st app before' date despite the deal being valid until after that.

I can't find the thread. Anyone know what I'm on about?

I'll get this thread deleted soon, just posted here because it would get more views here and I wanted the info quickish.

I don't remember that thread but I do know if you can prove to Groupon that you were unable to redeem the voucher as the supplier couldn't fit you in they have to refund. Might be in Groupon credits though :-/

Thanks alias. As it happens, the company the voucher was for have honoured the deal despite the 1st app not having been made within the time stated by Groupon. The voucher was still in date, it was just the small print issue that Groupon included. (And the company didn't really care about thankfully ).

That's good. Ive managed to order some solar lights which had gone way past the voucher deadline before; so think most suppliers are good like that. Groupon is a bit hit and miss I find but gradually getting better with their customer services.
