Universal Credit Starts October 2013 if you have a change in circumstances

Is it right that if you have to report a change in circumstances (such as new address etc)
from October 2013 then you will be changed from Working Tax Credit on to Universal Credit early.
Not sure when it starts Nationwide

AFAIK its only for new claimants from October.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

As I understand it, from October, it will be rolled out to more areas - not nationwide.
This will not be everyone however - it will initially be only claimable by single people with no housing costs, or disabilities.
These people will then - as they get ill, have children, or ... - explore other parts of the universal credit system.
Migration from JSA/ESA will not happen yet.0
