Well as if we needed to know who this is off, Roxburghe through GPB Solicitors have resurrected Graham White infamous claim amount precisely.
So lets have some fun
£30.00 - Claim Issue Fee
£50.00 - Solicitors costs for issuing claim
£25.00 - Judgement costs
£100.00 - Warrant issue fee
£ 2.25 - Solicitors costs for issuing warrant
£207.25 - Total additional costs
Now who wants to confirm the GBP breakdown is exactly that ? lol

Q.E.D. - great forecast Stroma :TPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Slightly different. Image of mine at link below. I can't post the full link as a new user but you should be able to post that into your browser.

Much of mine is the same but the second paragraph of mine reads:
" In order to recover the sum due, EURO CAR PARKS LTD may instruct us to take legal action in the county court and to prevent such action, we would invite you to cintact Roxburghe ........"0 -

Why should we be so surprised that the old Graham White correspondence is being rehashed? The fact that it is probably suggests it has been effective, in terms of returns, rather than anything else. We should keep some things in mind:
a) Michael Sobell maintains a current Law Society registration showing that he operates "On his own account" from the virtual address in Lavender Park Road i.e "Manor House" aka "Roxburghe House" and continues to show one of Roxburghe's direct lines as that of his office.
b) GPB Solicitors LLP are based in Stratford-Upon-Avon and although they record the "Manor House" (i.e. Graham White's) address as a branch they also disclose that there are no regulated principals at that address.
c) Interestingly, aside from their flagship website (http://www.gpbsolicitors.co.uk/) they also have this website: http://www.gpbcommercial.co.uk/home.htm which suggests that they are based in Nottingham but there is no mention of that in their Law Society registration. The small print suggest that "Geoffrey Parker Bourne" are regulated by the Law Society. Ah, well actually no they're not. Any way moving swiftly on:
d) GPB Solicitors LLP succeeded Geoffrey Parker Bourne Ltd that, in turn, succeeded Geoffrey Parker Bourne, Solicitors. All concerns had been base at the same address in S-U-A. The original firm ran into financial difficulties when they entered into a VA with creditors in 2009. The limited company succeeded them and morphed into GPB Solicitors LLP in May 2011.
e) Those with a longer memory will recall Geoffrey Parker Bourne being involved in many debt collection scenarios and the "secondary" website (above) appears related to that.
f) The demise of Geoffrey Parker Bourne was a somewhat messy affair. Out of which flowed a Solicitors Regulation Authority investigation and ultimately a Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal hearing in July of this year. The judgement may be read here. (Opens as a PDF). Messrs Organ and Newbold are "regulated principals" in GPB Solicitors LLP.
g) One of the other "regulated principals" is one Tony Kirton who is described by the Law Society as a "non-lawyer manager" but describes himself as "Specialist Lawyer with emphasis upon Commercial LItigation, Asset Finance, Debt Recovery" (sic) despite not being registered with the Law Society. He also describes himself as the CEO at GPB Solicitors LLP and may have an interest in local football. Maybe he'll be off to BHA with Steve Dargonne if he gets down to West Byfleet.
h) Mr Kirton is officially connected with a Canadian company - Gatestone & Company Inc, Debt Collectors from Toronto (formerly known as Collectcorp). Their website "About Us" page is here. Gatestone hold a UK CCA licence No 0614802.
One has to ask why, given that GPB have in the region of 75 staff and are heavily committed to debt collection based on their offices in S-U-A, they feel the need to open a base in Roxburghe's offices?
Secondly, given the heavy commitment to debt collection whether they are actually offering legal advice - in the strictest sense - or whether they are simply supporting Roxburghe's work?
Lastly, when considering these questions we should keep in mind Roxburghe's CCA licence situation. Is the GPB involvement going to expand? My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

I have to say I do miss Mr Sobell or is he still about ??
Love your letter stroma......I have to say in GPB's defence that this is not what we class as a genuine pre estimate of loss, It is a genuine pre estimate of future cost :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
25.00 Judgement (assuming they win)
100.00 Warrant issue fee (assuming they win and you dont pay)
2.50 solicitors costs for issuing warrant
Total 127.50

Urgggghhh!! Don't make me vomit, H087!! It's bad enough knowing that every time I go to the Amex to support my team, I think Steve Dargonne is there too.
I do look for him all the time! I know what he looks like of old, back in the day when he was a two-bit Midland Bank Assistant Manager (or whatever his title was). He doesn't know what I look like though as there were lots of clients and lots of contacts in Goring, W Sussex, when he worked there...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
