On top of the usual estate agent / rightmove.co.uk way of selling, are there any other sites that are good for selling retirement properties?

Flats in the block are really shifting slowly and, in general, the East Midlands isn't a great market so I was wondering if there are any other websites that might help. Peverel has its own resale section but that seems tucked away and of no real use.

I've considered renting too but apparently every time you rent the flat to a new tenant, you have to pay Peverel £1800.

I really wish we'd not bought the place!
