move-makers.co.uk sel, your house fast has anyone used them?

My partner and me have had our flat up for sale had a buyer all was in the late stages Intill their buyer who was buying their house unexpectedly pulled out, as you can imagine we were devastated as we had a house all lined up for us STC and had already had surveys done ect and solicitors fees you might think this was foolish but it all seemed to be going ahead, anyway we still really want this house,
We contacted move makers who promise to buy your property fast and our flat wasn't getting much interest and we didn't want to lose this house we are planning to buy, someone came around to value the flat and give us a cash offer which was much less,but we were aware of this but we accepted their offer, we have a surveyor ready to call next but they have told us there is a small possibility they could drop tbe price again if anything cames up in the report we have told them if they do this we will not accept any offer apart from the one they have already given which is a huge cut already for us.
They claim to be a cash buyer as some companies we have heard about have to find buyers before they can then pay you but we have been assured they don't work like this and have the funds.
The only thing they wish to do is start marketing our property straight away before contracts which means if they find a buyer we have to let them view which sounds a bit strange before contracts are signed but they said that's the way they work they re advertise your property straight away, but for us we just want the cash fast to buy this house which hopefully will be less than a months time, we have no fees to pay if we wanted to use one of their solicitors it would be free but to be on tbe safe side we are using ours.
Has anyone used this company on here? Iv looked online and can't see any reviews about them either.

If you're happy to sell at a significant discount, either drop price significantly with estate agent or (to have a clear timescale for completion from when the hammer falls) go to auction. These 'quick buy' companies give you the worst of all worlds - you'll be selling at a discount, but many of these companies mess sellers round right up to exchange...which may not come as soon as you'd like anyway.
If you are really wanting to use move-makers, then really don't hand them any money (they're buying your property - they pay you, not the other way round!) Your plan to use your own solicitor seems sensible. Don't sign anything from move-makers without checking it very carefully. In particular, don't sign a contract tying you into selling to them only for, say, several months if you're expecting to exchange in a matter of weeks.0
