cost comparison - concrete v beam & block?

Does anyone have any quick reckoners for cost comparison between concrete square / cubic yard -v- block and beam for non-loading floor areas?
Trying to work out whether it's cheaper to pour concrete in the ground or do it using B&B for an area roughly 40m2. Foundation trenches excluded, naturally. External walls will be load bearing 1st floor & roof but it's more trying to work out the cheapest floor method (not overly keen on floating wooden joist). Big extension about to start!
