Customer Service from Duracell -or maybe not.

Just to update, After writing to them again and a phone call Duracell have very kindly sent me the cost of the camera and a voucher for some new batteries.

I had a set of Duracells, in date, leak and badly damage an expensive Led Lenser torch last year. Fortunately, LED Lenser picked up the tab and replaced the battery container FOC.

It's left me with a feeling that Duracells aren't what they once were - or at least seemed to be.
