in Credit cards
Hi all,
I am thinking of applying for the Lloyds credit card that has 24 months balance transfer at 1.5% fee. Now my current credit card on spending only ends in January; leaving a three month gap.
How can I find out when the offer from Lloyds credit card will be taken off their site? Is it worth just applying now and transferring it over? I would ideally like to wait until January but the offer could be removed and I don't know if this will happen or not
Thanks

You can't. You need to decide whether the gamble of waiting is worth it. Personally, for the sake of 3 months, I wouldn't wait.0 -

Is the balance of your current card from purchases or a previous balance transfer? If purchases, you're not really losing anything now - only 2 years down the line if you decide to transfer again. In that case, I'd do it now.
If it's from a previous BT, you might want to hold off for a bit since you've already paid for those 3 months. There seem to be a few long 0% deals at the moment, so you could always keep an eye on them and transfer if it looks like things are starting to change...0
