Hi there,
After recently accepting a ppi offer from Lloyds I gave them proof of my new address and sent my acceptance off.
After over 2 weeks of no response I telephoned them to query what was going on and they informed me my cheque had been sent weeks earlier....to my OLD address!!!!
So after phoning them several times they explained (or tried to) what would happen now and said they'd process it again and couldn't not tell me how long this would take as they had to recalculate the interest and so on and that they would send me a new agreement/acceptance form then id have to send it off again along with some new forms of proof of move of address so this wouldn't happen again (even though they have them already)
Couple of things I need advice with
1. Is there anything I can say to them to speed this up as it was their fault for sending it to my old address.
2. If 1 is not possible does anyone know how long this could all take to re-do it all because this is all dragging on.
Thanks in advance
Jeff
