Divorce Help!!!!

I wonder if anyone can help with a little advice or point me in the right direction.
I filled out filed for Divorce on the 12 August 2013 on the grounds that we have been separated for over 5 years.
A copy of the petition was posted to the respondent on the 22 August to his last known address.
It says if they do not receive a copy of the completed Acknowledgement of service within 14 days from the date of posting i may:-
A. Apply to the court bailiff to personally serve the petition. which will cost £105
B. Apply to the court without notice for the District Judge to consider whether the petition may be deemed to have been served in accordance with the Family Procedure Rules 2010. Which will Cost £45.
C. Apply to the court without notice for the District Judge to consider whether the directions should be given. Which will cost £45.
I have paid for the divorce myself and frankly just want to get it over and done with and not be laying out more money as he wont pay for it, but he has not sent the signed papers back.
Im not entiley sure what B&C mean. If we have been separated for over 5 years does he have to sign the papers or can the judge just grant the divorce on these grounds and I can go for option C.
Any advice or help would be great:T:j:think:

Aw no one replied. I dont really know the answer but the £45 sounds a lot cheaper. Either way, I think it means that you can get divorced for £45 so I would just go with B and if that doesnt work use C. Total £90, still cheaper thank option A

It looks to me like Option B is asking the judge to look and see if you served the papers in the correct manner.
Option C is asking the judge to grant the divorce on the 5 year rule even though respondent hasn't sent signed papers back.
I would go for Option C.0
