Repossession through ppi

Hi there,
Recently got a letter from a company that we had a secured loan out on our house. Husband got made redundant 2007 claimed on ppi. The company said didn't have any then got house took off us 2010. Then 3 years down the line we get a ppi refund! How can we go about this..as the company has basically lied in the court of law saying we had no ppi?..

Did the company know you had PPI? i.e. the seller may have put it in place but not the lender.
Would the PPI claim have made any difference or were you realistically too far gone?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). it sounds like the policy was not with the lender0

You could complain to the lender about it although they may (and probably would) argue that you should have known of the existence of the policy too.0
