Bluetooth/Radio System Problems

Got a strange problem with the Bluetooth and Radio system in the car. I’ve got a Nissan Qashqai and a Samsung S4. Whenever the phone connects to the Bluetooth in the car, the whole radio system including sat nav etc turns off. I initially thought it was a problem with the radio as it happened every time i was in the car however since turning the Bluetooth off, my Mrs. phone now connects and the everything works fine. I’ve obviously tried to re-connect my phone and when it does the same old problem happens.
Anyone got any idea what the problem might be? I initially thought my phone had a virus but i downloaded antivirus software with no faults being found.

Odd, maybe ask the dealer if their are any firmware upgrades for your headunit? Have you tried syncing your s4 with any other headunits?0
