A warning for anyone who chooses to order from the above company.

If you order a part which they are subsequently unable to deliver, they will still charge your credit card. Nothing new in that, but they will not then refund your credit card unless you ask for it - scumbags.

I have no idea who they are but surely if you dont ask for a refund how will they know you want one?

They maybe buying the part in from elsewhere to ship to you and just a delay. Or they maybe robbing scum and have no intention of supplying anything but you still need to ask.

I ordered two parts from them which they quoted one price for both. I paid up front by CC.

The first was delivered and, two months later, I was still waiting for the second. When I rang up they told me they could not get hold of the second part, had given up trying to source it and would refund my money.

Now, if they had given up trying to locate the second part, why didn't they refund me immediately? Answer - they were hoping I would forget about it and could pocket the extra. As you say, they are robbing scum.
