Homebase - Petrol Lawnmower

At the end of last week I purchased a Soverign petrol Lawnmower from Homebase for £100. the first time i used it the grass box kept falling off.it seems to be set too low down and trails the ground ( grass ) until it falls off. what are my rights before I approach Homebase ? is ther sometime abut returning Petrol items ? i though i saw that in Argos who are part of Homebase i think.
I did buy it on my credit card.
can anyone help me out as i would like to be sure of my rights before doing anything.

If it is faulty, you have a right to a refund or replacement.
Are you definitely using it correctly? Don't mean to sound funny, but it's best to double check before you take it back.:money:0
