Tribunal Decision Letter

Hi there,
Having won my appeal for the support group I received a Decision Notice on the day. I was wondering if the decision the Tribunal sends to the DWP might have any additional information on it that might be useful to me when my 2 year award is up in December and I reapply?
Should I ask for a copy?
Thanks in advance and thanks to all the posters for the very useful information they provide, it's very helpful reading this forum.

It will not.
I would suggest you write to the tribunal and request a written statement of reasons.0 -
Thanks for the reply, but what sort of information will a written statement of reasons give me?0

It basically explains why they came to the decision they did, and what evidence they used.0 -
Ok thanks. I think it might be worth getting a copy then as there might be something I can build on in my next ESA50 assessment.
I'm just trying to get stuff together now in plenty of time as I'm hoping I'll be put in the support group again without having to go through the appeals system again.
Always possible I'll recover somewhat before then of course but realistically it's unlikely.
Thanks again rogerblack. You do really good work here :A0
