Washing machine problem??

Hi all, im looking for a bit of advice with my washing machine! Its not taking in the fabric conditioner! Tried to clean and soak the drawer and checked for blockages in conditioner syphon with a straw and there are non. Tried running on a 95 programme and tried boiling water directly into drawer in case of blockages in the powder pipe, but still not releasing the conditioner.
Does anyone have any other ideas to suggest to me please? Thanks in advance :o

You may have checked already but to start the flow into the machine when the conditioner part of the program is reached requires a feed of water (from above the draw that the conditioner is poured into). My machine gets gunked up sometimes preventing the flow of water to the drawers below. A stiff brushing with clean water normally clears it.

If you pull the drawer out completely, and slowly pour water into the conditioner compartment, you should see it start siphoning. If you then stop pouring in water, it should empty itself.

If it doesn't do that, it's still blocked.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Thanks chunks, I never knew that machines had jets that were above the drawer, just cleaned and soaked the actual drawer but gave it a good clean today and it was disgusting!! That worked brilliantly. So thanks, saved me a fortune!
