Hanging pictures - making good: what does it actually mean?

Thanks for your answer, but if this is the case wouldn't it be unfair as the landlord would be requesting betterment? (IE they would be getting completely new repainted walls instead of walls that had natural wear and tear?)
The LL will only be getting newly painted walls to mask the damage you have caused by putting holes in them in the first place... why should the next tenant have a patchwork of paint because of your handiwork? Thanks very much - actually I've used these before. Only problem is 2 of my pictures are very heavy and I would worry they wouldn't hold.
So, not just holes but probably substantial ironwork will be required to distribute the weight. New builds are not renowned for the strength of their plasterboard so I hope you will choose their location wisely.
Why not get a couple of easels for them instead... or get lighter pictures?:hello:0
