Access denied. Entry to register disabled? I tried again and despite all this it said
'Sorry! Only one entry is allowed per month'.

It looks like despite the access problems that the entry is successfully submitted.

Yeah. If you fill in the form and submit, it takes you to a log in page, but it still sends you an e-mail confirmation of your entry, and if you try and enter again, it says you already entered.
