Open an account with Noddle - you can check it as often as you like for free (although it only gets updated once a month).

Experian - once a year (statutory)
Equifax - once a year (statutory)

Just signed up with Noodle. I have a quick question do all credit card providers use them, as my file does not include all my credit cards?

Just signed up myself to Noddle and it appears, in answer to your question, that they are run by Callcredit. Your info will only appear on your file with Noddle if the companies you have credit with report to Noddle as well as Experian and Equifax.

i check mine once every 6 months (ish) just to make sure nothing has slipped through the net that i'm not aware of.
if i have a dispute with someone i.e. phone bill (in my previous threads somewhere!) i'll leave credit expert open until its resolved.

I've heard that not all of them report to Noddle but from my own account:

Amex
MBNA
First Direct
HSBC
Santander
Barclaycard
O2
3 (mobile)
Vodafone

The only account that I have that isn't reported to Noddle is Virgin Media for home BB, TV and phone - not sure if this is reported to CRAs at all?
