Help interpretting credit report

Hi all,

I have successfully managed to get an incorect Arrangement to Pay taken off my file which is great, but there are a few other things that I don't understand and would appreciate a little advice with.

Do lenders look at just the markers, or do they look at and interpret from the actual data?

One of my credit cards is showing as OK each and every month but the data itself is odd, its showing a 0 balance for the first 3 months (when there was a balance) and 0 for payments made in each of those months. It's wrong, but there are no adverse markers. Any need to fix this? This is the one the AP was removed from.

One of my cards was not used for years, but had a £6 credit on it for 4 years! I'm now using it normally. Assume no one will care about this?

My old mobile phone account is showing as settled, and green 'OK' for the last month. But it is marked as UC in that last month too. I can't find what this means?

It only reported data for my current account for the past 12 months. Is this the normal amount of time to report for overdraft accounts? I was living in my OD for years, will future lenders see older data?

And finally, listed as 'not present on edited electoral role'. Does this matter?

I am working towards clearing up my file for a mortgage application.

Many thanks for any help.

Thanks Black Taxi. Seems I am on the electoral role, but have opted out of this 'edited' electoral role. Something to do with marketing. Looking into this.

Pretty sure opting out of the edited electoral roll is not a bad thing in terms of your credit file. As long as you're actually on the electoral roll in the first place then that's the main thing.

Thanks Kelp7 :-) Think you are right. Just getting myself a bit worried about everything.

Anyone know about overdraft reporting? Noddle only shows 12 months of my overdraft usage. Why only 12 months and not 6 years? I'm happier with 12 months obviously, but if potential mortgage lenders review 6 years then it's best I know now than later. Investigating options for a joint mortgage application in 18 months and need to be honest about my credit report.
