Disposable camera - developing film

When moving house I came across 4 fully used disposable cameras which are probably about 15 years old (!) A few questions:
1. Does anyone know if these are likely to still be ok to be developed, or would the film have perished etc by now? They' ve been in a box indoors...
2. Does anyone know what is the best / cheapest way to have them developed? Do I send them away, or take them into town or what? Any deals anyone knows about?
3. Can I get digital photos instead of old style hand-held ones?
And by the way, I know this isn't very techie, if anyone has a suggestion for a more appropriate forum then feel to move it - I couldn't find a sensible place for it!

Do you know what sort of photos would be on them?
It is still possible to have them developed but you may not get all prints.

I've no idea! Which is why I want them done, mainly for my curiosity! I think they will probably be holiday pics. Why do you ask that btw?0 -
just if you had no clue then after 15 yrs it maybe not worth the cost.scarletjim wrote: »I've no idea! Which is why I want them done, mainly for my curiosity! I think they will probably be holiday pics. Why do you ask that btw?
I know i have developed a 10yr old b/w 35mm film and got 40% of the images0 -
For the sake of about £20, think I'll give it a go - thanks.

Or you could ask for a CD with no prints. and it would cost about £9.0
