NHS Car Leasing Knowles ANY GOOD?

Hi
I have been offered the chance to have a leased car via NHS and their provider Knowles.I dont do a lot of work miles only 7500 per year and private mileage maybe 15000 per year.
Taking a lease car means one loses the petrol allowance money which when you look at the cost of a private lease looks good?
Looking at a nissan qashqai
Anyone have any experience or know where I can find out
