A few years ago there was one called lateescapes.com, run by Airtours I think. I got a couple of holidays there in the Canaries for about £30.00 each!!

The only one I know now of is via Thomson - http://www.thomsonauctions.co.uk/ - never actually booked anything from there.
Thistle hotels used to have a good auction site (booked loads of good deals through them) but this has now stopped
