I haven't had a DTD for months now but the last time I did, I got the BOGOF Disney DVD's and they refunded me regardless might depend on your store manager.

It certainly doesn't mention exclusions for SS items on the big blue board at CS. They can try this on but I'm fairly sure that HQ would back your claim if you made enough rumbles.

It was the 24 packs. We were ordering whilst they were going in the basket at £9.99 so we could use the £17 off new customer on a £60 but they went through the till at £6 when the offer kicked in.
We also claimed £12 cash back from clicksnap.

They are going in the basket at the offer price now though.

Lol@ the responses on 10 ways. People are thick... But then again everybody I've told Dtd about (friends & family) they never understand it straight away...
