Can I ask you guys if anyone knows if using self scan forfeits your right to DTD on an overcharge.
My local store refused point blank to give DTD on a £37 overcharge today as I scanned my own shopping. I bought the Budweiser which had a SEL displaying 3 for £22. I didn't buy anything else and they claimed I would have noticed this error before paying

I think you just need to speak to CS central. A lot of stores enforce this rule but CS will normally give you a GV or credit the DTD to you.
